How we work

Four principles we do not compromise on

  • Led by youth

Every decision is made by an elected committee of young people from our own village.

  • Open to all

Membership is open regardless of caste, gender, religion or political belief.

  • Transparent

Income, expenses and programme reports are published to members every year.

  • Rooted locally

We work on what Bishnupur actually needs, decided in open community meetings.
